Scratch and Dent Purchases are Final Sales.
DB Research will accept manufacturers' defects within 30 days.
This limited warranty periods do not extend to units having been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or blown voice-coils.

What Is Scratch and Dent?
The term scratch and dent refers to slight cosmetic damage to the exterior of the merchandise. These scratches and dents only affect the product's aesthetics but not the overall functionality. Usually occurs due to accidental warehouse or shipping damage.
Scratch and Dent Examples:
- Discontinued, dented, scratched, or blemished in Shipping.
- The product is returned to us without the original packaging.
- The product is returned to us without the owner's manual.
- The product is returned to us in need of repair. (Repaired or refurbished to factory specifications.)
- The manufacturer's box was damaged, but the component was unchanged or harmed.
Note: There is no way to identify which of the above reasons caused a particular item to end up in our Scratch and Dent department.

Fast Shipping
Most orders received before 1:00 P.M. central time will ship the same day. Post 1:00 P.M. orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, produced the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Shipment
Usually, products ship within 24 hours of receipt except if your order is received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
